• --Take responsibility and guide the potential Students over the call to choose the right course and help them in making better career decisions.
• --Resolve queries regarding the Company & courses
• --Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
• --Convince students to enroll in Aasma courses as per requirements.
• --Responsible for explaining the course features in detail.
• --Providing the right customer experience

Requirements:

• --High school diploma or equivalent.
• --Any domestic outbound or telesales experience preferred,
• --Fresher who is interested in sales can also apply here.
• --Understand and Speak Hindi Language (Mandatory)
• --Minimum age requirement is 18+.
• --Superb verbal communication.
• --Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
• --Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
