Position Overview:

As an AR Caller in our International Voice Process team, you will play a vital role in managing outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to facilitate the collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone or in writing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhering to service standards. Additionally, you will analyze medical insurance claims, resolve routine questions following established guidelines, and conduct research on customer inquiries. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and our team's products, services, and processes will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone or in writing.
• Analyze medical insurance claims to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
• Resolve routine questions following pre-established guidelines.
• Conduct routine research on customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the healthcare insurance industry and our team's offerings.

Requirements:

• Graduates Only.
• Age: 30 years.
• Both male and female candidates are welcome.
• Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
• Both side cab facility available for up to 50km.
• Location: Noida office.
• Walk-in interview with 2 rounds.
• Candidates must carry their updated CV and Aadhar Card.

Compensation:

• Salary: INR 16,000/- in hand, INR 20,000/- CTC.
• 6-month appraisal cycle.
• 5-day working week with incentives.
• Saturday and Sunday Fix Off
