Full Time Alorica Freshers/Experience Both Eligible Customer Support Work From Office ₹  3 - 4 LPA 12th Pass Or Graduation

Job Description:

Company: Alorica

Role: Customer Support Representative

Location: Bangalore, India

Work Schedule: 5 days working - 2-day rotational off - US shift

Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate

Salary Range:

  • Freshers: 3.3 LPA to 3.6 LPA per annum + 21k (plus 200 NSA per night)
  • Experienced: Up to 26k per month (plus 200 NSA per night)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to products or services.
  3. Handle customer complaints effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Meet or exceed performance goals including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Key Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
  5. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required for fresher positions.
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency is a plus.

Selection Process:

  1. HR Screening: Initial discussion to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.
  2. Operations Round: Evaluation of candidate's skills, experience, and suitability for the position.
  3. Versant Test: Assessment of English language proficiency including speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  4. Final Interview: Discussion with senior management to finalize the hiring decision.
