Role - Sales Associate

Location: PAN India

Salary: 12,000 to 22,000 per month + Incentives

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, No rotational shifts, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Education Requirement: 10th/12th Pass

Experience Requirement: Freshers eligible

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling DISHTV products and services across various locations in India. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in the local language, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell DISHTV products and services to potential customers.
• Generate leads through various sales techniques including cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing product features and benefits.
• Provide accurate information about DISHTV products, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DISHTV products, services, and pricing plans.
• Complete sales documentation and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and objectives.
• Represent DISHTV in a professional manner at all times and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass required.
• Freshers with a passion for sales are eligible to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
