As we expand our operations, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Technical Support Engineer.

As a Technical Support Engineer specializing in ERP and CRM integration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our software solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers facing issues with ERP/CRM integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software functionality and integration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems or ERP/CRM integration, such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Zoho, Salesforce, Epicor, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or MCA.
  • Previous experience working in a product company is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.
