6. Adapt to a 6-day rotational work schedule.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 12th pass or Graduation from a recognized institution.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and any additional languages (if applicable).
3. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
4. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. Basic computer knowledge.
6. Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
