Job Description:

HGS (Hinduja Global Solutions) is actively seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives for our International Technical Voice Process in Bangalore. Whether you are a 12th pass graduate or have prior experience, if you possess excellent communication skills and a knack for technical problem-solving, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic workforce.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls in an International Technical Voice Process.
  2. Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  4. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  5. Stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or graduation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and technical products.
  • Prior experience in international technical support (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a 5-day workweek.
  • Rotational shifts; flexibility required.
