Full Time Infosys 0-2 Years Customer Support/BPO Work From Office ₹  2 - 6 LPA Graduate

Job Description:

Processes:

  1. International Citizen - Voice - International
  2. Bright Speed - Voice - International
  3. Cap One Process - Voice - International
  4. Voice - Google - Technical Support

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide world-class customer support through effective communication channels.
  2. Address customer queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist international customers with product information and technical problem resolution.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  3. Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  4. Basic technical knowledge for technical support roles.
  5. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Working Days: Five days a week
