Role - Inbound Voice process

Roles and Responsibilities :-

    • Respond to inbound calls from JustDial customers promptly and professionally.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Provide accurate information about JustDial services, products, and policies.
    • Analyze customer issues and work towards finding effective solutions.
    • Collaborate with other departments if necessary to resolve complex problems.
    • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns.

Process - Daikin/Zivame/Loanwise

 Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)

Salary -   15,000/- To 17,500/- In Hand

4200 quarterly bonus 

Rotational Day shifts 

9 hours of shift in a day (No Night Shift)

6 days working 

1 Rotational off 

WORK FROM OFFICE 

No long leaves will be granted 

Need Excellent Communication Skills
