Role - Business Development Executive
Locations: Ludhiana, Ambala, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Nawanshahr, Amritsar, Patiala, Himachal Pradesh (Kullu, Shimla, Una, Mandi), Chandigarh
Salary: 16,000 to 30,000 per month + Incentives
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, No rotational shifts
Education Requirement: 12th Pass / Graduation
Experience Requirement: 1 year experience on paper sheet for 12th pass, Freshers eligible for Graduates

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass required, Graduation preferred.
- Previous experience in sales is required for 12th pass candidates (1 year on paper sheet).
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors is advantageous.
- Must be willing to travel within the designated region.
