Full Time Lenskart 0-1 Years Customer Support/BPO Work From Office ₹  2 - 3 LPA Graduate

Note :- Candidate Should Be From Same Location Only.

Greetings ! Lenskart is hiring for multiple role.....

✓Inbound Team- 

Openings Fresher and experienced- 

calling team- 80 calls per day 

Shift timings- 9am to 10pm- any 9 hours

Salary bracket- around 25k in hand For fresher- 21,600k Incentives- 15k 

Good communication skills 

Good knowledge of customer support business

Confident in speaking 

No cab facility 


✓Chat Team- 

Experienced- 6 months in chat process 

80% chat 20% outbound calling 

Shift timings- 9am to 10pm- any 9 hours 

Salary bracket- around 25k in hand 

Incentives- 15k 

Typing test in final round- 25 to 30 WPM 

Good communication skills 

Good knowledge of customer support business 

Confident in speaking 

No cab facility 


✓Central Ticketing Team ( Escalation Team ) 

 Experienced- 6 months in calling and chat or email 

80% calling 20% emails 

Shift timings- 9am to 10pm- any 9 hours 

Salary bracket- around 26k to 33k Incentives- 18.5k 

Problem solving skills 

Good communication skills 

Good knowledge of customer support business 

Confident in speaking 

No cab facility


✓Social Media Team ( Male )  

Experienced- 6 months experience in blended process / Social media background Blended process

Shift timings- 8am to 10pm- any 9 hours 

Salary bracket- Between 26k to 35k 

Incentives- 15k 

Problem solving skills 

Excellent communication skills 

Good knowledge of customer support business 

Confident in speaking 

No cab facility 


✓Interview Rounds :- 

1.HR screening 

2.AON test- written skills ( Min passing score is 60% ) 

3.Final round- operations and training team


Training Period Lenskart Academy, Gurgaon ( 12 days paid training ) 

Days- Monday to Saturday

Timings- 10am to 7pm / 9am to 6pm ( Sunday fixed off )

You are required to reach the office 15 mins before the mentioned time.

Working Office Mohan Estate Office, Delhi 

5.5 days working

Rotational shifts- Rotational week offs 

Timings- Any 9 hours shift between 9am to 10pm

Performance based incentives ( INR 15,000 )

Mohan Estate, Block B, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Badarpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110076

Note: No leaves will be provided at the training time and for the first 1 month. Only medical leaves will be provided with medical proofs. If you take leaves in the training period, it will be considered as an abscond case and we have to deactivate your EMP code.
