Job Description:

MPHASIS is a global IT solutions provider known for its commitment to delivering excellence in technology and services. We are currently expanding our team in Bangalore and inviting both freshers and experienced individuals to join us as Customer Support Executives in the International Voice Process.

As a Customer Support Executive in the International Voice Process at MPHASIS, you will be a key contributor to our customer service team, interacting with international clients and providing top-notch support. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Address customer queries, provide information, and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  2. Problem Resolution:

    • Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
  3. Communication:

    • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
    • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  4. Documentation:

    • Record accurate and detailed information about customer interactions using CRM tools.
    • Update customer profiles and case details for future reference.
  5. Adherence to Quality Standards:

    • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and best practices.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible to apply.
  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 or graduation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international voice process.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
