Job Description:

Role - Business Development Associate (Ed-Tech, B2C)

Location: Bengaluru, Kaikondrahalli

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers in the B2C segment within the Ed-Tech industry.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, focusing on selling educational products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects, highlighting the value proposition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns to generate leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BTech) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in ED Tech / B2C Sales.
• Core Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Company Experience: Prior experience in an Ed Tech company is mandatory.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in selling products/services with a ticket size exceeding 50k.
• Preferred Core Skills:
  • Basic understanding of LSQ (Learning Management Systems) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in handling technology products would be advantageous.
• Preferred Education: Preference will be given to candidates with a BTech or MBA.
• Other Requirements: Candidates should be below 29 years of age.

Additional Information:

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week with consideration for rotational shifts.
