Role: 1. Customer Support

2. Sales Representative

Location: Bangalore, India

Work Schedule: Day Rotational Shift (6:00 am to 8:00 pm), Any 9 hours, 5 days working

Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate

Salary:

  • Sales Role: 20,000 INR take-home salary
  • Customer Support Role: 21,000 INR take-home salary

Experience:

  • Sales Role: Minimum 6 months of experience
  • Customer Support Role: 1 year of experience

Language Requirements:

  • Sales Role: Proficiency in Kannada
  • Customer Support Role: Proficiency in Kannada and either Tamil or Telugu

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, account management, and issue resolution related to Shadi.com services.
  3. Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
  6. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Sales:

  1. Generate sales leads and convert them into successful subscriptions for Shadi.com services.
  2. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of Shadi.com.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active engagement and follow-up.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.
  5. Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Kannada.
  2. For customer support role: Additional proficiency in either Tamil or Telugu.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  5. Prior experience in customer support or sales roles is preferred.
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing business needs.
