The household financial assets in India are overwhelmingly dominated by fixed income instruments and are typically low yielding, tax inefficient products. Alternate fixed income products are nuanced and often complex, which presents an opportunity for a platform like ours to simplify fixed income investing for the end user through discoverability, demystification and analytics driven custom fixed-income portfolios.

The tailwinds of a rising interest rate environment and a choppy stock market makes this a great time for a platform like ours to be launched into the market.

We are an early-stage startup and have just closed our seed round with two of the biggest VC’s co-leading the round. We are also backed by several other notable angel investors who have built and are running Unicorn startups in India.


Role & Responsibilities

Finding Customers:

  • Sell our products to prospective customers in your area, maintain a sales demand pipeline and manage monthly targets.
  • Identify SMEs, corporates and other local avenues to sell Stable Money products.

Learning About Customers:

  • Understanding the financial needs of the customer and suggesting the right products. Positioning the right products in line with their needs.
  • Generate new leads based on your network and convert them.

Customer Experience:

  • Educate, create awareness and support customers and prospects at all times
  • Answer their questions and help them understand our products.

Relationship Management:

  • Build good relationships with customers so they trust us.
  • Be someone customers feel comfortable talking to.

Negotiating Deals:

  • Talk about the details of our products and find a good deal that works for the customer and us.
  • Be ready to discuss and agree on things with the customer.

Meeting Targets:

  • Try to sell a certain amount of products and value each month.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record of sales experience, of at least 1 year
  • Insurance sales experience preferred
  • A strong problem-solving approach
  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
