Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Identify customer needs and assist them in navigating our products or services effectively.
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries accurately and efficiently.
  5. Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  6. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  7. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and response times.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum qualification of graduation from a recognized university.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  4. Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help and assist others.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  7. Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary: INR 15,000 in hand + INR 4,500 travel allowance

Location: Gurgaon, India

6 Days Working Rotational Shifts
