Job Description:

Teleperformance is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for motivated candidates with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding product information, service questions, and general concerns.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, problem resolution, and escalations as needed.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers while ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette.
• Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

• Graduates or Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary and Benefits:

• CTC: ₹33,000 per month
• In-hand during training: ₹27,000 per month
• In-hand after training: ₹29,000 per month
