Job Description:-
As a Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to customers in resolving their technical issues. You will troubleshoot problems, provide accurate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Assistance: Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat channels. Address and resolve technical queries, concerns, and issues related to products or services.
Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and apply appropriate solutions to ensure prompt issue resolution. Utilize troubleshooting techniques and resources effectively.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and provide relevant assistance.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the designated systems or databases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for future reference.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and technical processes. Stay updated with product changes, upgrades, and enhancements to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical support teams, to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall performance.
